Karthik Polymers Private Limited is an MSME rubber manufacturing enterprise specializing in precision rubber components for fuel injector systems used in automobiles—particularly two-wheelers—and power equipment.
The company was founded by Late Mr. R. Hariharanathan, a veteran with over 35 years of expertise in rubber technology and precision component manufacturing.
Having served in senior executive roles within several multinational organizations, his deep technical knowledge and commitment to quality laid the foundation for Karthik Polymers. Guided by his philosophy— “Small-Scale People with Large-Scale Technology”—the company gained recognition for delivering high-precision rubber components for automotive engineering and medical devices, including oil seals, O-rings, custom-engineered rubber parts, silicone rubber products, and gaskets for disposable syringes.
His legacy endures as the company is now successfully led by his heirs, whose technical and management qualifications ensure continued excellence and growth Over the years, our products have been trusted and approved as OE components by leading manufacturers, including Ashok Leyland, UCAL Products, and several other reputed brands.

Manufacturing Products
The Company is at present 100% Single Vendor of reliable rubber components to major Two Wheelers of Japanese Brands in India for their Fuel Cock Assemblies, and Oil Pumps. At present we manufacture various sizes of O-rings, Squad rings and gaskets.
